Unpack the ZIP file to to C:\
so you get C:\Mgui

and start/run/execute 
c:\mgui\luberth\runcstep.bat
from within windows

or
when motors needs to run smooth from Real mode DOS

 
If you DO NOT like the program
All you have to do is:
Delete the C:\MGUI directory 
 Nothing will be installed outside the c:\mgui directory 
Isnt DOS Great
